We are a provider of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

The director of Sovam Ltd otherwise known as Sovam Property Assessments is an Energy Assessor himself, and comes from a building background through family. We have about 10 years experience of delivering Domestic EPCs and about 8 years with Commercial EPCs.

We are based in Swansea and cover the whole area with qualified assessors. We work with a number of assessors around Wales and can cover a larger area on request. We use the latest technology to assess properties, and normally lodge, or make active an EPC for a domestic property on site, and at the time of the assessment, or within 24 hours if not possible. 

We do offer a range of services, including Retrofit Assessments for energy saving upgrades to the property, and a Legionella Risk Assessment. We also work with gas safe engineers who can service boilers and gas appliances.
